According to the newly proposed ruling of the 4th amendment drug rules, the fees for an Ayush license has been increased from 1000 to 2000 per ayurveda, unani, and siddha product.

- Character Certificate: A certificate attesting to the good character and ethical conduct of the applicant. This may be obtained from a reputable individual or organization, such as a former employer, teacher, or community leader.
- Application Form: The completed application form for registration with the relevant state or central council/board for the particular Ayush system.
- Photographs: Passport-sized photographs of the applicant for identification purposes. The number of photographs required may vary depending on the jurisdiction.
