  • VISITING THE WEBSITE: - visiting the individual state website of Ayush and downloading the application form for Ayush license also the applicant shall provide the requisite GMP and COPP affidavit.
  • REVIEW OF DOCUMENTS: - The next step is to fill the application form, attach the supporting documents, and send it for review to the Ayush department’s commissioner.
  • APPROVAL BY THE COMMISSIONER: - Once the commissioner gets satisfied, he will grant his or her approval within 15 days.

According to the newly proposed ruling of the 4th amendment drug rules, the fees for an Ayush license has been increased from 1000 to 2000 per ayurveda, unani, and siddha product.

  • Character Certificate: A certificate attesting to the good character and ethical conduct of the applicant. This may be obtained from a reputable individual or organization, such as a former employer, teacher, or community leader.
  • Application Form: The completed application form for registration with the relevant state or central council/board for the particular Ayush system.
  • Photographs: Passport-sized photographs of the applicant for identification purposes. The number of photographs required may vary depending on the jurisdiction.
  • Other Relevant Documents: Depending on the specific requirements of the regulatory authority, applicants may need to submit additional documents such as proof of caste/category (if applicable), proof of name change (if applicable), or any other documents specified in the application guidelines.
